Book Session
When booking with sessions: Please allow 5 minutes for our coaches to connect to the call after session start time
Coaches will give members 10 minutes to log in for LIVE sessions, if you are not present after 10 minutes, coaches can end the session without refund.
If you'd like to share a video or something on your screen, you must log into your session using a laptop or desktop computer instead of your tablet or smartphone..
